We at Dominelli Music are so happy that you are considering joining our community.  Here is some important information to know before registering:

1. Music Lessons are one-on-one and are a minimum of 30 minutes in length.  You can select two lessons back to back in the calendar to make an hour lesson.  You will come each week at your scheduled lesson time beginning the date you select.

2. Billing is on the 1st of each month for the lessons in that month - each 30 minute class is $27.50.  So for example if your lessons are booked on Mondays, and there are three Mondays in the month of February because we are closed for a stat holiday, then you will be charged $27.50 x 3 = $82.50 on the 1st of February.  Another example is if your lessons are on Wednesdays and there are 5 Wednesdays in the month then you will be charged $27.50 x 5 = $137.50.  You should budget for an average 4 week month which is $110.  

3. If you can not make a lesson, our instructors will create a personalized video lesson with exactly what you were going to work on in that class and it will be emailed to you on the same day as your lesson.  Alternatively you can switch to an online lesson anytime.  Dominelli Music can not accommodate make-up lessons, credits, or refunds for missed lessons as our teachers schedules are very full, and we support them in making a career of music through offering a consistent teaching schedule. This is why we have the best teachers around. :-)

4. You can cancel at any point by giving us 30 days notice.  Cancellation can be done through your parent portal in the Calendar, by emailing us at info@dominellimusic.com or calling us between 3-9pm Monday-Friday at 780-488-8515.
